Scottish Food and Drink Fortnight | #ScotFoodFort21

It’s #ScottishFoodFortnight so let’s join the annual celebration and raise our glasses to Scotland’s high standards and incredible reputation for food and drink.

Why not add a touch of Scottish magic to your menus and feature Cullen Skink, one of Scotland’s traditional dishes with a tasty ingredients list of smoked haddock, cream, onions and potatoes, served with a slice of toasted bread. This traditional dish originates from a small village named Cullen, based in the north-eastern part of Scotland.

Haddock is currently abundant, in season and a perfect responsible choice for your menus. Take a look at our seasonality chart for further species insights.
