Located at the Hilton Brighton Metropole and the British Airways i360 Brighton, Hilton Uk & Ireland partnered with the Marine Stewardship Council, Seafish and Direct Seafoods in order to promote sustainability, seasonality and locality.

The event featured guest speakers (CJ Jackson – CEO, Seafood School at Billingsgate, Arthur Voelcker – Sales Director, Chalk Stream Foods and Laky Zervudachi – Director of Sustainability, Direct Seafoods) along with an incredible seafood buffet, an eclectic display of fresh seafood (fantastic display from Direct Seafoods Colchester) and market stalls with live demonstrations.

The day was not only educational but a great opportunity to spread the important message that sourcing responsibly is key to a sustainable future in our industry.
