Our products - Keeping it simple
We endeavour to source responsibly and wherever possible promote sustainable sources. We work closely with our suppliers, both mainstream and specialist, to develop and market sustainable alternatives. We can offer line caught tuna, cod and bass, rope grown mussels, dived scallops as well as great catches from day boats delivering into our regional depots.
We only ship fish across the country if they are not available locally: minimum food miles means maximum freshness.
We endeavour to use environmentally considerate materials where possible. All our depots have on-site compacters to minimise the amount of waste caused by non-re-useable packaging. This is recycled into items ranging from videos to fleeces...
We look to work with accredited fish bodies, eg the MSC,The Sea Fish Industry Authority. and Friends of the Sea
