We have eight highly experienced local depots around the UK. The majority are located on the coast, taking full advantage of the local auctions. Being there day-in and day-out, with prior knowledge of landings, enables us to identify and select the best fresh fish available.

Quantity varies from season to season, but our ability to buy from all UK ports (e.g. Brixham, Newlyn, Looe, Plymouth, Fleetwood, Billingsgate (London market)) and backup support for suppliers abroad ensure we source the best fish available.
